Tracking numbers are usually available 1-7 business days after you place your order. In most cases, the tracking numbers are active shortly after. However, in some cases, tracking might take an additional 2-5 working days to show the correct location of your package.

DELIVERY TIME
We promise 1-3 weeks delivery to the USA and the rest of the world. In most cases, orders within the USA normally take 12-14 business days to arrive.

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:
- Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.
- High season
- Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
- An order which requires customization.

If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
