The latest launch of a new model (26730TI.OO.1320TI.04) of the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak series self-winding floating tourbillon watch continues the classic design of this series. This new replica watch is equipped with a striking smoky blue-green “Grande Tapisserie” large plaid decorative dial, which complements the previously launched stainless steel, titanium and 18K rose gold models.
The diameter of the new replica watch is 41 mm and the thickness is 10.7 mm. The case is made of titanium and has been alternately treated with the brand’s signature satin brushing and polishing, giving it a unique effect of matte and shiny surfaces. Compared with the pre-2022 model, the case and bracelet edges of this watch show wider chamfers. The front links of the integrated bracelet are designed with decreasing width, and the sapphire crystal back is also more embedded in the case Middle level.
The smoked blue-green dial is decorated with the classic “Grande Tapisserie” large-scale plaid pattern. The size ratio of the hands and hour markers has been uniformly updated, and it is coated with Super-LumiNova fluorescent material to ensure readability in low-light conditions. Different from the first three replica watches, the time scale at the 12 o’clock position of the new watch is replaced with a baguette-cut diamond, which adds to the brilliance and luxury. The “AUDEMARS PIGUET” brand logo is embedded below 12 o’clock, using a chemical plating deposition process similar to 3D printing, and layered with 24K gold materials.
There is a floating tourbillon at 6 o’clock on the disk, supported by a rhodium-colored three-arm frame, with a card-free balance wheel with built-in screws, which rotates once per minute. The tourbillon frame abandons the upper bridge plate, and through the window, you can appreciate the precision mechanism of the Caliber 2950 automatic movement. The movement vibrates at a frequency of 21,600 times per hour (3 Hz) and can provide a power reserve of up to 65 hours. It is worth mentioning that the oscillating weights of the three watches released at the beginning of this year were engraved with the “50 YEARS” (50th anniversary) commemorative logo, while the oscillating weights of the new watches were instead engraved with the “AP” logo.
